Traded on a Regulated Market / Traded Company: this is public company that has any of its shares admitted to trading on a regulated market (traded company). Traded public companies are required to provide names and addresses for those Shareholders holding 5% or more of any share class. Private and non-traded public companies are only required to provide names of Shareholders - address details are not required.
